Thai Spicy Peanut Sesame Noodles



Thai peanut sesame noodles are an Asian favorite that combines creamy peanut butter, soy sauce, Sesame oil, and minced ginger all mixed with linguine noodles tossed in this amazingly sweet and savory sauce.

Easy Thai noodles with peanut sauce are spicy Thai noodle dishes. I made it with sweet and spicy peanut sauce. This super quick noodle recipe calls for peanut butter and soy sauce.

I love the flavor combination with sesame noodles and Thai peanut sauce. it is simple to make and only takes minutes to prepare and cook. This is perfect for a quick dinner on a busy weeknight.

I couldn't believe how amazing these noodles turned out. I devoured them. So simple and so flavorful.

  • How about using regular linguine here? If you are not sure about rice noodles, use any long ribbon pasta that you are familiar with. You can also make it with ramen noodles, rice noodles, or even gluten-free pasta.


 

How to make peanut sesame noodles

  • Cook noodles: Cook noodles in a large pot according to the package direction.

  • Whisk together sauce ingredients: While the noodles are cooking, in a medium saucepan whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, 1/2 cup veg broth minced ginger, sriracha chili sauce. Cook over medium heat until smooth. Remove from the heat and set aside.

  • Gluten-free: If you are gluten intolerant I have heard that tamari is a great substitute for soy sauce and linguine.

  • Spicy: You can never go wrong with title spice. Heat just enhances and turns up a recipe to the next level. Red chili flakes, cayenne pepper, or paprika are also a great seasoning for a little extra spice.

  • Linguine noodles: These are wider noodles and are best for thick, rich sauces that can hold the sauces on each noodle.

  • Peanut butter: Thick and creamy peanut butter is smooth and silky which helps bind the sauce and the noodles together.

  • Soy sauce: Add this Asian favorite that brings out a salty and classic flavoring to the sauce.

  • Vegetable broth: Has added flavoring of vegetable and brings sauce smooth and tasty.

  • Minced Ginger: Always favorite to me. Fresh ginger is best.

  • Siracha sauce: Add a little spice to your noodles.

Ingredient :

  • 3 Tablespoon Peanut butter

  • 3 Tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

  • 1/2 veg broth

  • 1 Tbsp ginger

  • 2 Tbsp sriracha or chili flakes

  • noodles

  • Sesame seed for garnish

  • Scallions for garnish (optional)

Instruction:

  • Cook the noodles in a large pot according to package directions.

  • While the noodles are cooking in a medium saucepan whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, 1/2 cup veg broth, ginger, and sriracha sauce or chili flakes. Cook over medium heat until smooth. Remove from the heat and set aside.

  • Now add noodles and mixed everything nicely.

  • Serve hot in a bowl and sprinkle sesame seed on top. Or you can sprinkle some chopped scallion also.
