So Don't waste your time and check out how to make such an amazing, delicious healthy skillet burrito with a handful of ingredients. This recipe is amazing and I still remember when I made first time even then I couldn't believe that I was going to fall in love with this recipe.

So here I am sharing with you one of my favorite recipes that I would like to make again and again.

And I'm sure you can also impress your family and friends with this recipe.

This burrito includes red beans ( rajma ) rice and pepper and a tortilla. That's it. And there you go. You can serve this at lunch or dinner or anytime in the day who cares? If we like something too much we can eat that anytime in the day right?




How to make the best burrito.

This is so a quick and easy meal. That you can make in even your tiring day also. I'm a big fan of burritos so I always looking for some recipes that I can make something different at times.

Ingredient:

  • Tortilla (You can use ready-made)/ OR

  • Plain roti made with any flour ( wheat/all-purpose )

  • Boiled rajma

  • Green pepper

  • Bell peppers

  • Corn

  • Cooked rice ( you can make fresh or leftover )

  • Tomatoes

  • Salt

  • Red chili powder

  • Dhana powder

  • Red chili flakes

  • Origanum

  • Tomato sauce

  • Mozzarella cheese

  • Fresh coriander

  • Curd

  • Lemon juice


Method :

  • First step: Take the flour of your choice add salt and oil and use water to make dough. We don't want to make it so soft So just make normal roti dough. Or you can buy ready-made tortillas also. That's fine. Now take a small amount of dough and roll it in a circle or if you can't, then just roll it in any shape and take a round shape cutter and cut it. Now heat a tawa on the stove and roast this roti on both sides without adding oil or ghee. Now your roti is done. Cover it with a cloth or put it in Tupperware. Make sure if you use Tupperware always put a kitchen towel to avoid the roti getting soggy.

  • Step 2: Now heat another pan full of water. Once the water is boiled add washed rice and add salt to it. and cook until the rice is done. Now put it off the stove and use a strainer to remove extra water from the rice. Keep it aside

  • Step 3: We need hung curd for this recipe or just take thick yogurt that also works best. Take curd to add lemon juice and salt mix nicely and keep it aside.

  • Step 4: Heat the pan and add olive oil. Once the oil heat adds chopped bell peppers and green paper. And let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes on low heat. Now add boiled corn and mix well. Now add tomatoes and again saute for a few minutes until tomatoes are soft. Now add boiled Rajma and mix it again nicely. Use a spatula to press some of the rajma to make a little thick paste form. And cook for 3 to 4 minutes more. Make sure here your Rajma is perfectly cooked before you add it. Otherwise, it going to trouble your stomach if it's uncooked. Now add all the masala and mix well. And finally, add cooked rice and tomato ketchup and mixed everything nicely. And the final step adds grated cheese and covers it with a lid or just leaves it open on very low heat until the cheese melt. Now everything is done Time to assemble our delicious burrito.



Assemble:

  • Finally, grab tortilla wrap or roti whatever you have, and add the beans and rice mixture that we made, and for some yogurt on top and add fresh coriander. Now tuck in the sides and wrap it up. Repeat the step for the other warp and serve it.

  • Enjoy.
