Overnight oats



I m very sure that you already heard or you are already a fan of Overnight Oats. But I guess it's my duty or I can say I m very obsessed to share with you all the recipes that I like to have and that all recipes on my menu list. So let's talk about this recipe that I like to have sometimes.

Overnight oats are a popular breakfast dish that is made by soaking rolled oats in liquid (usually milk or a dairy-free alternative) overnight in the refrigerator. This allows the oats to absorb the liquid and soften, resulting in a creamy and satisfying texture.


To make overnight oats, simply combine rolled oats, your choice of milk or dairy-free alternative, and any additional ingredients (such as chia seeds, honey, or fruit) in a jar or container with a lid. Stir everything together, then cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, you can enjoy the oats cold, or heat them up in the microwave or on the stove.


Overnight oats are a convenient and nutritious breakfast option that can be easily customized to your taste preferences. They are rich in fiber, protein, and essential nutrients, and can be made with a variety of toppings and add-ins to make them even more delicious and satisfying.


 

To make overnight oats with mango, you will need:


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup regular milk or milk of your choice

  • 1/4 cup diced mango or apple

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder



Instructions:


  • In a jar or container with a lid, combine the rolled oats, milk, cinnamon powder, chia seeds, and honey. Stir well to combine.

  • Cover the jar or container with a lid and refrigerate overnight.

  • In the morning, give the oats a good stir and add Add the diced mango on top of the oat mixture.

  • And now add additional toppings if desired, such as sliced almonds or shredded coconut.

  • Enjoy your delicious and nutritious overnight oats with mango!

  • This recipe makes one serving, but you can easily double or triple the recipe to make more servings. Feel free to adjust the amount of honey or other sweeteners based on your taste preferences
