Here's a basic recipe for mango salsa:
Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced Optional
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
chopped green chili
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
Instructions:
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the diced mangoes, jalapeno pepper, red bell pepper, green chili, and cilantro.
