What is kimchi?
Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish made from salted and fermented vegetables, most commonly napa cabbage or radish, along with a variety of seasonings such as garlic, ginger, chili peppers, and fish sauce. The fermentation process gives kimchi its distinct sour and spicy flavor and also helps to preserve the vegetables for extended periods. Kimchi is a staple in Korean cuisine and is eaten as a side dish or used as an ingredient in many dishes, such as kimchi fried rice or kimchi stew, Kimchi Jjigae. It is also believed to have many health benefits, including improving digestion, boosting the immune system, and potentially reducing the risk of certain cancers.

Here's how to make it:

Add Salt if you think you need But I don't think you will need coz we use fermented kimchi so the flavor is yummy tasty tangy spicy.
