Why is Paneer filing?

You can take us anywhere but paneer will still rule our vegetarian kitchen. I wanted to experiment with Indian flavor and paneer is the best option to carry out the Indian version. So I made some changes in the original recipe and used paneer here.

How to make crispy paneer?

  • Cut paneer into thin slices and make a Batter using purpose flour add salt and black appear into that batter. Now dip the paneer slice into the batter and fry it on medium heat. Remove once it is browned n crispy. Now heat oil in a wok add chopped spinach saute for 2 min. Now add dark soy sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha or chili sauce, ginger paste, and chili flakes. Saute again for 2 min more. You can always do plus-minus on the spice level. Now add paneer to that. Mix well nicely. Saute for 2 min more. And your paneer is done.
