This chickpea curry is a very recommended meal for your weeknight dinner. It's very delicious and unique to normal chole curry coz we using here coconut milk in this recipe and its tastes amazing. And you can make this curry within just half an hour.

This curry combination of chickpea in creamy coconut tomato gravy with some spices. It's the perfect combination and you will enjoy it. This curry you will find its own as a soup served with nan or roti or with rice. You will enjoy this with everything.

Ingredient:
Cooked white chickpeas
Chopped green peppers
Chopped tomatoes
Coconut milk
Salt
Turmeric powder
Dhana Jira powder
Red chili powder
Kashmiri red chili powder
Chole masala
Ginger paste
Bayleaf
Chopped green chili
Chopped curry leaves
Whole Jira
Oil
Garam masala
Kasturi methi
The process to follow:
Heat oil in a pan. Once it's hot add Jira and bay leaf with chopped green chili-ginger paste and curry leaves. make sure you use here chopped curry leaves not the whole curry leaves okay.
Once it's sauteed then add up chopped green pepper and saute again until it turns soft.
Next step add chopped tomatoes.
Saute again until it turns soft and then add all spices and roasted it until it releases some oil it won't take too long. just follow process
Lastly, add coconut milk and boiled chickpeas and mixed everything nicely.
And cover it with a lid and let it simmer everything for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cook until everything is mixed nicely and chickpeas turned soft.
Now add garam masala and Kasturi methi and cook for 2 min more.
Finally, add lemon juice and fresh coriander.
And serve hot.
Enjoy with nan, roti, or rice.
