This recipe is delicious and you can say it's a complete meal. In this recipe what's the main ingredient you have to focus on
Butternut Squash: Butternut squash is a type of winter squash with a sweet, nutty flavor. To prepare for the rice bowl, the squash is typically peeled, seeded, and cubed, then roasted with oil and spices until tender and caramelized.

Ingredient :
Butternut
Carrot
Broccoli
Salt to taste
Jeera
Ginger chili paste
Origanum
Red chili flakes
Black pepper powder
lettuce
Cooked rice
Yogurt
Lemon juice
Cucumber
Method :
Heat a pot. Add oil once the oil heat adds jeera and ginger chili paste and saute.
Now add carrot and broccoli and cook it until it softens.
Now add parboiled butternut ( Big size ) You can do that before you add it here other it will take longer to cook.
Now add all masalas and mix them well together.
Let it cook for about 5 to 10 min more.
This butternut curry is ready
Yogurt sauce :
Mixed salt and lemon juice and cucumber in yogurt our yogurt sauce is ready
How to assemble:
You can serve this in 2 ways either you can have it as a bowl or as a wrap
1 - Wrap
Take tortilla or roti. spread yogurt sauce and top with rice and butter curry and some lettuce
wrap it and enjoy
2- For butternut rice bowl
Take everything in a big bowl Rice butternut curry yogurt sauce and lettuce
Mixed it well before you eat.
