These recipes are the same as the mushroom rice recipe. I used that recipe for all types of mushrooms and make them so delicious. This is a kinda same way as using mushroom broccoli and paneer only.

Let's talk about the main ingredients:
Mushrooms: I used white mushrooms. But you can use whatever you have on hand or whatever you can find White or brown or oyster mushrooms. Only white button mushrooms also work wonderfully as well.
Broccoli: Broccoli can be prepared in many ways, such as steaming, boiling, roasting, or stir-frying. It can be enjoyed on its own, added to salads, soups, casseroles, and pasta dishes, or used as a side dish. The stem and florets of broccoli are both edible and can be cooked together.
Paneer: Paneer is a type of fresh cheese that is commonly used in Indian cuisine. It is a versatile ingredient that can be used in a variety of dishes, both savory and sweet. Paneer is known for its mild flavor and firm yet crumbly texture, which makes it a popular choice for cooking and grilling, as it holds its shape well.
Rice: Used any long-grain rice or brown will work also. Or you can even make these recipes any kind of leftover plain cooked rice.
Tips for this recipe:
Do not rush the sauteeing process of mushrooms. The more caramelized they are the more flavor they release.
Now let us jump straight into the recipe :
Ingredient:
Chopped White button mushroom
Chopped broccoli
Crumbled Paneer
Cooked rice
Salt to taste
Red chili flakes
Origanum
Black pepper powder
Olive oil
Detailed method to make Broccoli mushroom paneer rice :
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add chopped broccoli and mushroom. And saute for a few minutes until all mushrooms are completely dry.
Now add crumbled paneer and mix it.
Now add into salt to taste, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, and origanum,
Mix it well and nicely
Lastly, add leftover rice or freshly cooked rice.
Mix everything again nicely.
Taste salt before you serve.
If you like to add more then add salt to the taste.
That's it.
Serve hot.
